“Love and honor your physical body. To create a relationship that takes you all the way to heaven, you have to accept your body completely. You have to love your body and allow it to be free to give, free to receive, without being shy…because”shy” is nothing but fear.” Don Miquel Ruiz

Thought I’d post some inspired quotes this morning.  I woke-up, popped open my Facebook and a barrage of quotes stimulated my body and soul with new insights.  Quotes are great. I love them. Sometimes I am mislead by them. I actually think I’m taking action by reading posts. Not true – yet posts can stimulate, reassure, inspire, comfort and move us in new directions.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive;

and to do so with some passion, some compassion,

some humor, and some style~ Maya Angelou

“According to Most Statistics: 95% of Americans retire without financial freedom.

What’s more, more than half of retired Americans live on less than $10,000 a year plus Social Security benefits.” Quote from Catch Fire book   (Yes not all quotes inspire in the same way)

“Life is change Growth is optional. Choose wisely”~Karen Kaiser Clark

“To be a star, you must shine your own light, follow your own path, and don’t worry about the darkness, for that is when the stars shine brightest.” ~author unknown

To get the most out of quotes, try sitting and reading them out loud and then to yourself. Sit with silence as you allow the words to move through you.

What is your relationship to quotes? Do you have a favorite one or two?  How has reading a quote inspired/changed your life?

Wishing you all a fabulous – comforted – nourishing weekend.  You have the choice to make all of that happen for yourself.
