COACHING
-I found my Wellness Coaching experience to be invaluable. I went into it without too much knowledge of what to expect, but I was intrigued by the concept and ready to make some changes in my life (I just wasn’t quite sure what exactly needed to change or where to start). the online questionnaire (Lynne used) and first meeting with my Coach was so helpful to me in guiding me to create a vision for how I wanted my life to look, and to identify what parts of my life I needed to change in order to get there. Along the way, my Coach helped me identify changes I could make that would help me move towards that vision. Some changes were simple and small – who knew such a small act could make such a big impact. Other changes were larger and more challenging. I tend to resist change (even necessary ones), so having the support and perspective of my Coach made those bigger changes a lot easer. It was also very helpful having someone else to discuss my triumphs and failures with – her insight often guided me to see that some things I was viewing as failures were actually triumphant learning experiences. I am so grateful to have had this experience and am comforted knowing that my coach is available to me anytime I face changes as I progress along my life’s journey. My goal for my coaching was to increase my feelings of serenity, connectivity, and creativity. I am happy to say i have reached my goals in all areas.

Coaching with Lynne
I signed up for coaching with Lynne after experiencing a forced retirement and having midlife health issues. I was feeling confused, angry, sad and immobile at the same time. Lynne helped me see the truth through the clutter of my mind. She didn’t coddle, yet I felt loved and supported. I’m still navigating my way through the changes. I’ve learned not to try and make myself feel better without releasing the other emotions (fear and anger mostly). I’m able to take action when it comes to improving my health. I look forward to working with Lynne again and again. She is my go to Coach. Affordable, accessable and having a coach is something I couldn’t imagine not having, just like a doctor.
